Great
day for soccer as the Austrian Sport Club met the Detroit Football
Club for a 10:00am start. Jim Russo started off the scoring
with a goal in the early in the first half. Detroit Football
club stormed back with two unanswered goals
to take the lead at the half 2 -1. The second half began with
another two goals by Detroit Football club, putting the Sport club
B-team down 4-1. Augusto Braga then scored on penalty kick,
4-2. Detroit football Club answered with another goal, 5-2.
Then defenseman Joe Walters notched his first of the year from Agusto Braga, final score 5-3.
